#EXPOWEST2016 Proves Plant-Based is the Future!
A vegan revolution is underway and this year’s Natural Products Expo West in Anaheim, California is proof!
Jane and I went to #ExpoWest this year and WOW was it mind-blowing! Everywhere we turned there was a new plant-based food item landing in our mouths. It was a food sample driven day, calorie heavy I am sure by the end, but oh so worth it. From plant-based cheeses & butters, to eggs, to snacks, to ice cream, to future “meats”…all derived from plants. Brilliant. Delicious. Exciting!
