Acai Heaven From Bowl to Belly!

Have you ever had an Acai bowl?  They are quick.  healthy.  And delicious.  Great snack or meal for hot summer days, and full of nutrients.  Check out the video below for a quick lesson in Acai bowl making with me & Baywatch actress and animal activist Alexandra Paul.  Follow her recipe, or make up your own!  Be creative.

Here’s her recipe:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 scoop Vega protein powder
1 frozen packet Sambazon acai
-dash of flax seed/chia seed
-a few leaves of kale
-1/2 cup strawberries
-1/2 cup blueberries
-dash of water or almond milk
Blend
Sprinkle with Granola, bananas, cacao nibs
